Return Policy

Customer will pay for return shipping costs, unless it is a confirmed shipping/packing, manufacturing or customer service error.

All returns must be pre-approved by Peoples Organic Pharmacy.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice from Peoples Organic Pharmacy, in order to receive credit.

Please inspect your orders when they arrive. All claims for damages, shortages, or shipping errors must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. In these cases, you will receive a full refund.

We have a 15% restock fee on all regular returns, and those returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.

The following products are not considered re-saleable/re-stockable and will not be accepted for return:

- Products with the tamper-evident seal broken or missing.
- Products with price tags/stickers affixed or soiled labels/boxes.
- Books not in mint condition.
